Library health
A report of what is missing or doubled in your library, and a count in the Library panel.
The Library panel's Library health section counts what needs attention. Library: Library health report… (or Report in the panel) shows what it would write and, on Write, makes Books/Reading/Library health.md (the folder is Settings → Notes → Reading).
It checks your book notes for:

| No author | A note with no author property | Edit the note, or sync |
| Ebook not linked to Calibre | A note listing an ebook or paper format but with no calibre_id | Sync: Notes from your providers |
| Possible duplicates | Notes with the same title and an author in common | Merge them in Calibre, or delete the extra note |
| No summary | Information only: books with no summary | This book: Summarize (one page) |
Each section lists up to 40 books as links and says how many more there are. Text you write around the generated part is kept when the report is written again, and the write can be undone.
An audiobook-only note (no Calibre book) is not flagged for a missing cover or ISBN: there is nothing in Calibre to fix.
